The upper floors offer stunning, rarely seen panoramas showcasing London’s heritage. Even at street level the vista is impressive. To the north east lies Trafalgar Square; to the south west The Mall stretches down Buckingham Palace, with St. James’s Park and Green Park laid out on either side; and to the south lies Whitehall, Downing Street, Horseguards Parade, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey.

Each residence comprises several suites, depending on the owner’s final design, tall ceilings, intricate crests, original fireplaces and fittings from the Edwardian era which can all be blended with contemporary interior aesthetics.

Owners of the serviced residences have the option to generate guaranteed additional income by leasing back to the hotel whilst not occupied. This is a unique opportunity to provide an extra yield to the purchasers of any of these exclusive residences.
